PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Black Box Adventures ensures that a sufficient quantity of the products displayed on its Site is available. However, Black Box Adventures cannot guarantee that all products are available.

Black Box Adventures will not be held responsible for any product that is out of stock.

If Black Box Adventures is unable to ship a product ordered through the Site within the next 30 days following the moment the order was placed, a message will be sent, either by e-mail or phone, to the customer. In this case, any sum debited by Black Box Adventures to the customer regarding these products (including taxes and shipping fees) will be credited as soon as possible.

REFUND POLICY

Black Box Adventures does not refund any purchases made. All sales are final. The only exception is stated above in the Product Availibility section.

REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If your product is defective, you must communicate with Black Box Adventures within THIRTY (30) days following the reception date, to let Black Box Adventures know of the nature of the defect. Black Box Adventures will replace the defective pieces, free of charge, within a reasonable amount of time once the request is received.

Black Box Adventures does not provide replacements for game boxes, unless the box was severely damaged during shipping. Prove of damage to the game box and shipping packaging needs to be provided to Black Box Adventures.

Black Box Adventures does not provide replacements for box inserts.

SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

Products are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer.

In the event where it is impossible to ship the products to you – the customer in case of incorrect address, absence during the delivery and any other reason preventing carrier from delivery, the carrier will return the merchandise to Black Box Adventures at your expense.

All products purchased from Black Box Adventures are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

OTHER MATTERS

These policies constitute the agreement between Black Box Adventures and the users of this Site regarding the use of this Site.
